BLB Resources has invested over $450,000 in information technology, including proven HUD and REO Tracking Systems.  Our robust, custom-designed tracking systems have more than 72 customized printable reports developed and assigned easy buttons, allowing quick and easy creation of important and frequently requested data to the Closing Agents, MCB and our LLB network.  We are able to accurately track properties through the management and marketing process, from the initial assignment through valuation, listing, marketing, sales and closing.  Our databases include a unique invoicing procedure, allowing us to add properties to an invoice as we are notified of closings, reconcile inventory on paid invoices and quickly locate outstanding invoices and referral fees.  With over 2,500 datapoints monitored regularly and accessible to all staff members, we are quickly able to provide recommendations on valuation methods and marketing strategies, assess and maintain the property condition and oversee the offer, negotiation and sales process, for the entire inventory or portions thereof.

We have ordered, tracked and overseen more than 400,000 HUD and REO property inspections.  We generate detailed weekly reports for our LLBs and MCB covering safety, security and sanitation issues such as anti-freeze present in toilets, unsecured doors or windows, trip hazards, etc.  In addition, we have developed and implemented procedures for tracking and monitoring more than 8,700 Point-of-Sale Inspections, required on almost 50% of the HUD inventory in Michigan.

We utilize a powerful mapping system to analyze inventory and LLB zip code allocation and an advanced desktop publishing program to create personalized, custom-designed e-flyers.  Our databases feature a customized e-flyer marketing system designed to allow distribution of marketing and training e-flyers to agents within a designated radius of properties.
