BLB Resources' knowledgeable team members have extensive real estate experience and provide numerous services, including overseeing our LLB Network, proofing tens of thousands of MLS listings and answering thousands of calls from buyers, agents, lenders and clients.  We review property information and pricing, prepare reports and analyses of inventory, gather and maintain accurate data and oversee the offer and sales process. 

Our team, in conjunction with our LLB network, works closely with our clients to formulate marketing plans and strategies, including training and outreach seminars.  We provide technical, managerial and administrative recommendations and advice on system and business process improvements and maintenance efforts.  We identify challenges, make recommendations for improvement and optimization and implement proactive resolutions.
