Attention Real Estate Agents

Michigan Real Estate licenses expire on October 31, 2009.  If you do not complete the necessary requirements and renew your license prior to expiration, MCB has informed us that the commissions to be paid on any HUD sale that closes while your license is inactive will be mailed to your broker.  Please make sure that you have renewed your license no later than October 31, 2009.
