BLB Resources Inc. provides a complete range of services including sales and marketing of REO & HUD properties nationwide.


Program Financial Advisor Services:

  • Program Development - Design and management of programs and resources.

  • LLB REO Broker Network - Oversight includes our daily efforts in maintaining and controlling our LLB network.

  • Marketing and Asset Resolution Support - Includes our continuous efforts preparing communication plans between our clients. Our extensive marketing, advertising and sales experience is utilized in addition to customer service and consultation on all aspects of the acquisition and sales process.

  • Marketing, Advertising, Training Seminars and Conferences - We design and implement marketing plans and expertise to achieve our client's long term objectives.

  • Customer Service - Interface with appropriate corresponding parties such as Brokers, Closing and Buyer's Agents, Loan Officers, Asset Managers, Contractors and Potential Buyers.


Transaction Specialist Services:

  • Transaction Support - Includes support for our client networks in pricing/ valuation of assets, monitoring the assets, producing reports, listing properties, offers and contracts.

  • Tracking of New Assignments and Broker Price Opinions.

  • Conducting Transactions - This aspect utilizes our extensive consultation experience as well as analyzing proposals and making recommendations, participating in the valuation, pricing and disposition of assets, reviewing documents, developing financing strategies and storing relevant data in a secure file server.

  • Tracking of New, Relist, Price Reduced, Sold and Withdrawn Listings.

  • Pre/ Post Asset Resolution Support - Includes Accounts Recievable/ Payables, Invoicing, Pending and Sold Notifications.


Due Diligence Support Services:

  • Due Diligence Support - We conduct the required due diligence and distribute relevant information through periodic reviews, reports and updates.

  • Data collection and Organization - Consists of data and document collection, review and storage.  We utilize our robust, customized databases.  We are able to obtain, review and store information and documents such as title insurance commitments, environmental review requests, inspections, broker price opinions, appraisals, market rent studies, etc.  Our unique FileMaker Pro database allows us to organize documents according to document type and the corresponding asset, reconcile data and accurately maintain our inventory.  We are also able to reproduce and deliver documents to appropriate parties, including potential buyers, agency offices, vendors &/ or other third parties as needed.  Documents and information are maintained in a secure file room.

  • Customer Service & Consulting on a wide variety of issues including but not limited to FHA 203B & 203K loans; buyer pre-qualification; bulk sales; zoning issues & surveys; city and county rules & requirements; advertising, sales & marketing strategies and website advice; offers and contracts; property conditions & repairs; title & escrow closing issues; and HUD-1 settlement review.

  • Quality/ Information Control - Our procedures allow us to anticipate "hot button" issues, develop processes to prevent them from occurring and resolve issues.
