Facilities Maintenance & Management Consulting:
BLB Resources, Inc. provides consultation services on a wide variety of topics to our clients from property acquisition through the marketing and management phases. Each client's needs are analyzed and appropriate strategic plans are developed. We review property and market information to determine suitable inspection procedures and schedules. We research numerous property issues including various city, well and/or septic inspections; zoning issues; CC&R's; mobile home certifications; tax prorations; and mold and Lead Based Paint inspections, remediation and abatement. BLB Resources has provided comprehensive local real estate listing and sales data in every major city in the country, information that is utilized in determining appropriate inspections, maintenance and repairs to properties in inventory.
Our customized database has more than 75 customized printable reports developed and assigned "easy buttons," allowing quick and easy creation of important and frequently requested data. Additional reports can be created as needed by any employee and/or developed by our innovative FMP programmer.
We regularly re-evaluate and audit our clients' needs as well as procedures, inventory and data to ensure quality is upheld and to identify areas of improvement.
